Add vegetables and spices: Add the grated cucumber, chopped tomatoes, finely chopped coriander leaves, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder (if using), salt, black salt (if using), and chaat masala (if using) to the yogurt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
