1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 tablespoons oil Samosa wrappers (readily available or homemade) Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients: 1 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves Salt to taste A pinch of black pepper A pinch of cumin powder Instructions: Keema Samosas: Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions.

Saute until they turn translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.

Add minced lamb or beef to the pan. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Mix well and cook for a few minutes. Remove the keema mixture from heat and let it cool down slightly.

Take samosa wrappers and cut them into equal-sized strips. Take a strip of samosa wrapper and fold it into a cone shape, sealing the edge with a flour-water paste.

Fill the cone with the cooled keema mixture and seal the open end using the flour-water paste.

Repeat the process for the remaining wrappers and keema mixture. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the samosas until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Remove the samosas from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Yoghurt Dip: In a bowl, mix together plain yogurt, grated cucumber, chopped mint leaves, salt, black pepper, and cumin powder. Adjust seasoning according to taste.

Serve the hot keema samosas with the refreshing yogurt dip on the side. Enjoy your delicious snack!
