 This recipe is a basic guide, and you can adjust the ingredients and spices based on your preferences.


 Ingredients: 500g fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or any firm white fish) 1 large onion, finely chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 3 cloves of garlic, minced 1-inch ginger, grated 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference) 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste) 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds Curry leaves 1 cup coconut milk 2 tablespoons oil Salt to taste Fresh coriander leaves for garnish Instructions: Marinate the fish: 


 Clean and cut the fish into desired pieces. Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder. Let it sit for at least 15-20 minutes. Prepare the curry base: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Once they start to splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add spices: Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies.

 Sauté for a couple of minutes until the raw smell disappears. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and curry leaves.

 Mix well and cook for another couple of minutes. Add tomatoes: Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate from the masala.

 Cook the fish: Add the marinated fish pieces to the pan and gently coat them with the masala. Pour in coconut milk and simmer on low heat until the fish is cooked through. Be careful not to overcook the fish to maintain its tenderness. Adjust seasoning: Taste and adjust salt and spices according to your preference.


 Garnish and serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve the fish curry hot with rice or bread. Feel free to customize the recipe by adding your favorite vegetables or adjusting the spice levels to suit your taste. Enjoy your fish curry!
